At SuitePad we're shaping the hotel room of the future!



As the European market leader for in-room guest communication, more than 1,000 of the most renowned hotels worldwide trust us with their digital guest communication. Some of our clients include well-known international hotel groups, such as Dorint, Kempinski und Van der Valk. We are now actively looking for a VP Sales (m/f/x) for our Berlin office to help SuitePad scale from a largely Europe-focused player to a true global leader. In short:

Your responsibilites:
  • You will help form, validate, and challenge the sales & overall company strategy
  • You will be responsible for growing our contracted Annual Recurring Revenue by at least 50% in the next 12 months. 
  • A people-person at heart, you will build the sales team by hiring and retaining critical talent, growing the size of our sales team by 50%.
  • You will lead sales managers and help them generate a stable pipeline of hotel customers and further improve their abilities to close deals. 
  • Together with your team you take our proven sales approach to new international markets - while not shying away from getting your hands dirty
  • You will work closely with our success management, marketing, and onboarding departments to ensure a holistic customer experience across department lines
Your profile:
  • You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a software-as-a-service sales organization with experience in hiring and managing members of a team
  • You are interested in the success of every member of your department and are passionate about employee enablement through communicating a vision and motivating others
  • You have deep expertise in building sales processes and aligning different sales departments
  • You are able to keep our customers’ and SuitePad’s long term interests in mind and do not go for quick wins with high lasting costs 
  • You have near-native command of English, other European languages are a plus
