SuitePad is a Berlin-based SaaS company focused on hotel tech. We help hotels engage their guests during the stay and generate upsells, cost savings and millions of happy guests every year. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/x) to enhance our growth and forever leave their mark on SuitePad.

Your Playground:
  • You are the main contact for our hotel chain customers and build a trusting, lasting relationship with the hotel executives
  • As a consultant, you support the hotel chains in becoming even more successful through the efficient use of the SuitePad platform
  • You advise and train the hotels according to their set goals and convince the customer to use SuitePads throughout the chain
  • With best practices and case studies, you will support our sales teams in acquiring new hotel customers
Your profile:
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in key account management or consultative sales
  • You have a passion for hospitality and want to transform that passion into achievements for our biggest customers
  • You bring experience in project management and have a high level of communication and presentation skills
  • You have a strong sales drive
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English, other languages ​​are a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 1-2 days per month)
