As the European market leader for in-room guest communication and winner of the "Best Guest Room Tablet Award" in the 2020 HotelTechAwards, over 800 of the most renowned hotels worldwide trust us with their digital guest communication, among them prestigious individual hotels but also properties of Westin Grand, Hilton or IHG.


With our most recent round of financing, joined by American Investors, we are now looking for a passionate National Sales Director (m/f/x) based in the US to continue our success story abroad as an ambassador for SuitePad in the USA.

Your role will involve:
  • Start developing a new unsaturated market, by introducing SuitePad to leading decision makers of the US hotel industry
  • Travel throughout the country and visit potential customers 3-4 days a week
  • Source, negotiate and close agreements & contracts with hotel chains, management groups and single properties
  • Partner with consultants and technology partners to help build a referral network to build long-term relationship value
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace and competitive offerings
  • Report and help manage the company's sales database and CRM functions
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about SuitePad products and services
  • Use effective time and territory management to maximize results
  • Work closely with the marketing department for focused campaigns to quickly scale the market segment and attend industry events like "hitec"
Your profile:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in direct sales & key account management in hospitality technology (B2B)
  • You are a tenacious hunter with a solid track record of achievements in direct software and solution sales
  • Direct experience in sales management and dealing with different stakeholders
  • You keep your focus and patience during longer sales cycles
  • Strong proactive prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Team player with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You are proactive, work independently and have an analytical mindset
  • You have great knowledge of the US hospitality industry
