This includes many individual and design hotels, but also hotel groups such as Dorint, Kempinski and Van der Valk. 

We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager to enhance our growth and make our customers even happier!

Your responsibilites:
  • You proactively reach out to our existing customers for check-in calls to consult on their usage of our product, upselling, and customer satisfaction monitoring
  • You negotiate contract extensions and handle complaints when they arise, and strike deals with our customers, for both their and our benefit
  • You will work directly with our leadership team to keep customers engaged, happy, and informed
Your profile:
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as an account manager or customer relationship/success manager
  • You have a strong sales drive and would like to contribute to the economic success of the company
  • Native or near-native command of German and English, other languages ​​are a plus
  • High degree of stress resistance and self-organization, you’re able to work independently
  • You’re an outgoing and engaging person with a positive mindset
